Hi, I’m Piyush.

I’m someone who likes fixing things — broken systems, scattered processes, messy teams, unclear decisions. That’s what led me to spend 20+ years building software, mostly behind the scenes, helping businesses get their act together.

But over time, I noticed something.
Even with tools in place, most business owners I met — especially in the MSME space — were still stuck.
Not because they weren’t smart.
Not because they weren’t working hard.
But because they were doing too much themselves.

That hit home for me too.

I’m not a business coach. I’m not a “growth hacker.”

I’m just a systems guy who believes that clarity, not complexity, is what helps small businesses thrive.

I also host a podcast where I talk to MSME owners about what’s actually going on behind the scenes — the real stuff, not the Instagram version.

And when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me deep in the wild with my camera — wildlife photography keeps me grounded.
